Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Laurie has an eclectic background to say the least! She has degrees in both Business Management and Arts Management from Northern Arizona University, spent four years in the Army Corps of Engineers, and served as Program Coordinator for the New Mexico MLK, Jr. Commission in Albuquerque. Laurie is a proud foster parent and also has two children of her own with her amazing and supportive husband, Pete.

As a Colorado Springs transplant, Laurie has spent the last ten years immersing herself in the Colorado Springs community. She is a co-founder of Mountain Song Community School in Old Colorado City and spent three years serving on their board of directors. She loves attending theatrical productions, the First Friday Art Walk, and exploring everything that downtown Colorado Springs, Manitou Spring, and OCC has to offer.

Laurie spent two years practicing the art of Real Estate Marketing before getting licensed herself. She understands that buying and selling can be one of the biggest decisions in a person’s life, and is passionate about educating buyers and sellers on the real estate process. Laurie views representation and guidance of her clients through this process as a true privilege!
